Don't like your order? On second thought, perhaps you don't like the color? That is unfortunate and annoying, especially for you.
2 Perhaps you would prefer a different color? Please contact me. If I don't have that other color in stock, I may be able to order it for you.
3 Would you rather have your money back? Of course that is also possible. If you return your order within 14 days, I will refund the entire amount of the returned jewelry.
Please note the following points when returning an order:
- If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Sparkles Online with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.
- Complete the returns form and include it with the return shipment
- Send the return shipment to: Sparkles Online, Adri Piecklaan 41, 3739 LG, Hollandsche Rading
- Send me an email so I know that the return is coming: info@sparklesonline.nl
- Make sure you return the order within 14 days of receipt . After this you can no longer return.
- I will transfer the money within a week of receiving and checking the return shipment.
- Please note: if you want to return an order, you will pay the shipping costs yourself.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

- Please notify me if you would like to make a return within 14 days of receipt.
- Send the return order back within 14 days after reporting the return.
- The amount will be credited within 14 days after registering your return shipment.
